Mikayla cabasal
Founder & Head TrainerWith a Bachelors degree in Psychology and experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Mikayla brings a strong foundation in behavioral science to her training approach.
She believes both ends of the leash matter, the dog can only go as far as their human takes them. Mikayla focuses on building both dog and human as a team, empathizing relationship that’s built on trust and clear communication.
Throughout her experience working with behavior, Mikayla puts emphasis on teaching through play because learning new skills doesn't have to be tedious.

Who we are
Built by people who take pride in every rep and committed to progress. Our Origin story starts with mascot Auggie, a reactive Cattle Dog, who we got knowing nothing about what it takes to fulfill a working dog.
We discovered early on the need for training and in that fell into the world of bite work and dog sports. We now offer training services for pet dogs as well as our fellow working dogs looking to level up their obedience.
We strive for precision training so when it came to cleaning up our positions we sought out a position box.
Not being able to find exactly what we were looking for on the market, we came up with designing our own product. A custom, handmade wooden position box that’s durable but also sleek enough for on the go training. From there the rest is history!
We now want to offer that same product to other pet parents, K9 handlers, and trainers with the ability to create customizations you envision.
