Our wooden products are individually handmade, and as such, natural variations in color, texture, grain, and finish may occur. These differences are an inherent part of the crafting process and make each item unique. Therefore, products may not be 100% identical to the photos or to each other. Such variations shall not be considered defects but a feature of the handcrafted nature of our goods.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be processed before it is ready for delivery or shipment. Processing time may vary depending on product type, material availability, and customization requests.

Delivery and Shipping
After your purchase is completed, you will be contacted directly with details on how to receive your items.
Local Delivery: Free delivery is available within a 50-mile radius of our location Temecula, CA.
Outside 50 Miles: Customers located beyond this range will be required to pay an additional delivery fee or shipping charge, depending on the delivery method.
Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated based on location, weight, and carrier rates.
All prices listed on the website are for the base product only.
If you wish to add customizations (e.g., colors, text, sizes, or unique design requests), these will incur an additional charge starting at $10 and increasing depending on the complexity of the request. Production will begin after costs are agreed upon and invoice fulfilled.

Customizations
We take pride in the quality of our products. However, we understand that defects can occur.
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of purchase and for defects only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending an item back for inspection or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for custom or personalized items unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Returns and Exchanges
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Customization fees, if applicable, will be added and invoiced after discussion and confirmation. Orders will not move into production until payment is received.
